Facilitates the training of newly hired part-time customer service assistants.
Responsible for creating and maintaining work schedule for part-time student workers.
Assist Associate Dean of Retention and Completion manage part-time student customer service assistants to ensure a high level of service is provided consistently and metrics and goals achieved.
Identifies opportunities to create, improve and implement innovative services that supports enrollment services.
Fostering positive energy and positive morale for the staff
Assist Associate Dean of Retention and Completion with pulling and creating monthly reports.
Greets, assists and refers all incoming students, faculty, staff and visitors to the right direction.
Assists with appointment scheduling for Financial Aid, Academic Records, and Student Accounts.
Maintains the facsimile (FAX) information.
Performs general clerical duties including mailing, faxing, typing, and filing.
Maintains and update the office information kiosk.
Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the Moody Central Desk.
Performs other duties as assigned

Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Authorized to work in the US legally, without sponsorship
Experience in customer/student service field
Experience in a call center setting

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Full-time hours between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
