Reps will be taking about 40 inbound calls per day regarding employee’s insurance.
Calls will be general customer service questions regarding insurance policies , updating account information, updating on a claim filed, updating beneficiaries, etc.
Ability to show high empathy and patience to customers. The company offers supplemental insurance such as cancer policies and long-term care. They are expecting a surplus of calls regarding the letters they have sent out to their customer’s about their premiums increasing.
6 weeks of training
5 different types of systems.
