Customer Success Manager Job at Worldfavor AB – in Stockholm

As a Customer Success Manager, your job is to make sure our customers thrive in our platform and thereby succeed in their efforts to become a more sustainable company. Worldfavor works with both Nordic sustainability leaders as well as large global companies, and we are on an ambitious, fast-paced growth journey to expand both locally and internationally. You will help these sustainability champions reach their goals by using Worldfavor in the best way possible.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
Ownership over the entire customer journey from their start as customer;
Onboarding new customers and ensuring they get the best possible start with Worldfavor to successfully reach their goals
Training customers in the platform
Proactively checking in with and meeting with customers to ensure they stay on track and reach their goals
Proactively working to ensure high adoption and retention
Ensure customers get a best-in-class experience and service
Deliver expertise, best practice and guidance and challenge and empower customers to unleash their full sustainability potential
Once in a while, join in on sales meetings with potential customers to support and advice with your product and domain expertise
As part of the Customer Success team you will be at the heart of things and collaborate tightly with both the sales team as well as the product team, to constantly innovate and optimize our ways of working and offer a leading product. You will serve as the internal voice of the customer, and therefore will have an important influence on our core – our product.
If you are have strategic mindset and carry experience from Customer Success and/or optimizing CS processes, there will be opportunities to also contribute in these areas.

Have a true passion for building strong and long-lasting relationships
Have 1-3 years’ experience within Customer Success, and/or customer project management
Is a doer with ability to drive many tasks and projects at the same time
Have a can-do attitude and thrive in a high-growth environment
Is organized and work well independently, while also being a humble team player
Is a responsive listener as well as confident in presenting to and advising senior executives in anything from medium size companies to global companies
Take a keen interest in corporate sustainability
Excellent professional communication skills in both English and Swedish
It’s extra qualifying if you:
Have experience as a Customer Success Manager for a B2B SaaS company
Have experience within corporate sustainability
Have worked with international enterprise clients
Is technically skilled
Have experience from CS processes and KPI tracking
Have any additional language skills
