Learn More About What We Do We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. This role requires a balance of technical experience in dealing with data, data sources, and reporting platforms with business acumen and the understanding of how to create intuitive reports, insights, and actionable intelligence. Functions/Responsibilities: Develop key relationships with co-workers, leadership, and key stakeholders and possess the communication skills and confidence to deliver technical information to non-technical audiences. Develop, maintain, and provide training for enterprise-level dashboards and reports to guide business decisions and support company KPIs. Create reporting to support daily operations and yield management. Create succinct reporting with simple, clear trend lines that support forecasting and highlight growth opportunities. Analyze internal and external tracking data, revenue and conversion trends, and client success metrics to identify patterns and provide actionable insights. Work with data product manager and cross-functional team to provide input on tracking, data management, and data structures needed to enable the team to successfully run reporting and analytics. Profile and/or validate data in source systems and data warehouse to ensure accuracy, as needed. Work with team to develop best practices for reporting and actively seek opportunities for continual improvement. Document the data sources, functionality, use cases, and other relevant details for any reports, dashboards, or models created.
