Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role falls in the Product Marketing Operations team, which is responsible for growing a sophisticated, best-in-class digital marketplace for all retail wireless brands. This business unit will be a growth engine for our organization’s larger retail wireless ambitions; we have high expectations for this group.

As a Data Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for providing reliable, insightful, and meaningful reports and dashboards to leadership on the Product Marketing and broader Retail Wireless teams to help us drive continuous improvements to our eCommerce websites and customer apps. This position requires a high degree of ownership, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

This person must be self-motivated, curious, independent, detail-oriented and driven to carry out the following primary responsibilities:

Define and create performance reporting for website and apps for all retail wireless brands

Analyze data and build models to provide business insights and assist leadership in making decisions

Responsible for collecting data from multiple sources: Adobe Analytics, Data Warehouse, Marketing, Tableau, etc.

Measure and track web traffic, marketing initiatives and campaigns

Develop and explore new analytics to further understand site performance and usage

Partner with ecomm and marketing teams to define success metrics on the website, and provide timely web analytics reporting to key stakeholders

Recommend web page optimization based on metric performance

Approach web content and user flow with a Test, Learn, Optimize methodology

Stay up-to-date on the latest digital and analytics trends

Champion efforts effectively across multiple teams, building strong working relationships with partners in Retail Wireless, IT, Business Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience Operations, Finance, and more

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2-3 plus years of related experience in a relevant field such as eCommerce, Business Operations, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science

Strong organization, project management, problem solving, and communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences

Experience working with web analytics software such as Adobe, Google, SQL, etc. and multiple data sources

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations

Strong data visualization and dashboarding experience

Meticulous organizational skills, high attention to detail, and delivery on commitments

Excellent customer service, technical support, and interpersonal skills
