We are looking for an Financial Systems Administrator to provide user support on our time and billing system (Star).
Respond to user requests in a timely manner
Create/update “Job” records in Star based on user request
Navigate Star application to verify or provide various information
Update settings that pertain to client/job/staff set up
Verify data and correct data where necessary
Check completed work for accuracy
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent, Associates degree or higher is preferred
1-2 years of professional office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
