Job Description


Sorts and searches a variety of submissions for all product lines to determine status as new business or renewal

Enters required information from the applications into the database following guidelines

Run claims reports for each renewal

Prepares folders with labels and bar-coding for distribution

Adherences to prioritization of processing to meet individual and team turnaround time requirements

Provides other related duties as required within the technical Services Department


One to two years work experience in an office environment

One to two years of post secondary education

Detail oriented, strong organization and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with MS office.

Preferably Bilingual
