Our client is a local Appliance Distributor who is seeking a dedicated, organized Data Entry Associate to help transfer large volumes of information into their database. You must be detail oriented and review the data for errors before inputting them into our system. A candidate with data entry experience is preferred, but the team is willing to train the right person.*This position is on-site Warehouse position on Monday-Friday located in OTAY MESA, CA.

Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
Update customer information in a database.
Organize paper formats, paper backups and material source files as needed.
Ability to update inventory tracking systems as necessary.
Identify and correct errors and bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadline.
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.
Proficient with Google (G Suite): Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms, and Google Calendar.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Data Entry experience or related office experience.
