Position Summary

As Data Privacy & Consumer Data Manager, you will be Nestlé’s data privacy champion driving strategic marketing programs that anticipate future privacy laws, availability of consumers’ consent and online advertising ecosystem changes. In this role, you will be the guardian of enterprise consumer data asset to protect business growth and to help establish a privacy by design culture. You will oversee all ongoing consumer facing activities related to the development, implementation of the organization’s privacy strategy in and help develop Nestlé’s point of view and policies in close collaboration with group legal.

A Day in the Life of a Data Privacy & Consumer Data Manager

Anticipate the impact of further privacy laws and cookie less online advertising landscape to help shape Nestlé consumer data strategy accordingly

Develop a plan for Nestlé and its affiliates to be prepared in key areas such as Media execution, Consumer engagement, analytics

Assess data risk exposure and Work with group legal and consumer experience team to Develop policies & marketing program that will allow Nestlé to maintain relationships with consumers through their unknown and know data (cookie mgt, preference center, data records storage…)

Evangelize & educate senior management and marketing community to build awareness for future changes linked to privacy law evolution and report on Nestlé’s progress against overall data privacy agenda

Build and apply future proof data governance that will help Nestlé markets, categories and its affiliates to operate while respecting Consumer Privacy

Help develop Nestlé point of view against constantly evolving privacy landscape in partnership with legal team and act as the Marketing point of contact across markets and zones

What will make you successful

At least 5 years’ experience in data privacy related functions

Previous experience in Marketing or business functions that leverage consumer data

Experience in developing enterprise policies and associated global programs

Understanding of Marketing and advertising landscape, technologies, vendors and dynamics

Excellent communications and networking capabilities

Fluent in English
