About this opportunity

Our NIB Dental Centre in Chatswood is a large centre operating 6 dental chairs and open for services 7 days a week. Due to recent growth we are excited to share this opportunity for a Full Time Dental Receptionist to join our lively and professional team! Some weekend and evening shifts will be required as part of our operating hours to ensure we meet the promises made to our members.

As one of our Dental Receptionists you will enjoy a variety of responsibilities ensuring you can showcase your outstanding organisational skills! Your duties will include; general reception duties, processing payments, billing, organising appointments all while ensuring exceptional customer service to our patients and teamwork with our Dentists.

About you

You are best-in-class, friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated with an ability to easily build rapport. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask make you a valuable asset in any team.

Ideally, you will also have:
Experience working in a dental or medical practice in a reception-style position

Excellent computer skills (experience with Dental 4 Windows is advantageous)

Experience processing payments and using systems such as HICAPS

A focus on the small details which make a trip to the dentist, positive
