The work is performed in cross-functional teams and as DE you lead this team from the start of the project until the component has been introduced in production. The cross-functional team consists of all needed competences from both Volvo Cars and from the supplier.

As DE you have the responsibility to meet the targets for the time plan, technical solution and cost.

You will also be part of the development of strategies and driving to ensure Volvo Cars’ position as leading within passive safety.

Do you fit the profile?

You are an experienced DE and you have been working in this role for some years. You are also experienced in the agile way of working.
