The Inn at Olentangy Trail is a beautiful assisted living and memory care in Delaware County. We are currently seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the overall operation of our dining services department. This is a key management position and we pride ourselves on our dining program. Essential Responsibilities include:
Responsible for ensuring the dining experience offered to our residents is of superior quality.
Planning, purchasing, preparation and delivery of nutritious, high quality meals to residents within the approved budget.
Maintains a high standard of storage, sanitation and cleanliness according to Department of Health regulations and Inns guidelines.
Plans, organizes, and conducts orientation, training, and in-service educational programs for food service personnel..
Works closely with other departments to plan monthly theme parties and quarterly family events.
Knowledgeable of and implements all safety, universal precautions, and company policies and procedures for the protection of residents, coworkers, and self
Preferred Qualifications: * ServSafe certified or ability to past test to become certified.
Senior living experience preferred but will train the right candidate
Experience with state, federal and local regulatory agency inspections
Excellent customer services skills
Experience with P&L accountability
