As the Digital Lean Asset – Project Manager, you will drive Manufacturing Line set up supporting production (mainly Automation, Testers, Jigs). And you will ensure coherent strategy in production line installation, standardization and automation opportunities, targeting efficiency (output, accuracy, sustainability). As well as, endorse expert contribution in Production/Industrial Performance, Equipment automation, Project status monitoring and Validation.

A day in the life of a Digital Lean Asset – Project Manager

Ensure best in class management of Nespresso manufacturing assets

Drive, for critical asset, technical validation in R&R approach, and sustain standardization and flexibility

Coordinate financial, technical and operational aspects of Nespresso coffee machines manufacturing assets

Manage and develop the production capacity management activities for launched machines

Provide prioritization plan and local coordinate locally with partners and Local team

Identify critical step in manufacturing components, potential suppliers’ risk and mitigation plan

Continuously improve and optimize the asset & capacity management system to ensure resources are optimized

Benchmark suppliers and leverage improvement opportunities

Drive digital twin transition in partnership with external stakeholders

What will make you successful

Master’s degree, engineering (mechanical or micromechanical) background preferred

Lean and automation experienced, with Injection molding processes knowledge is a plus

Over a sustained period (at least 3 years) has demonstrated successful industrialization of product/machine introduction, validation with lean objective

Project management expertise

Have a good understanding of survey landscape in automation among providers (e.g. HAHN Automation, BBS Automation, ATS Automation, MANZ, etc.)

Have already been engaged in Digital Transformation (Industry 4.0, Digital Twins…) would be an asset
