Online marketing is very important in the world of Marketing & Communication as well as in the world of Recruitment. You are playing a key role in creating brand awareness, conversion rates, and company revenue.

Are you our new colleague? We’re looking for a Digital Marketeer for our Marketing team in Zurich Oerlikon.

Your role

To position yourself as a trustworthy business partner for internal stakeholders by

proactively aligning and coordinating business needs with the company strategy

creating qualified leads in line with the field organization

challenging commercial teams through facts

reporting end to end performance

To lead performance in the digital marketing field by:
Planning and producing relevant content in cooperation with communication, e-commerce, and leverage our global presence

Executing digital marketing incl. SEO, SEA, social media, display, inbound marketing, and email

Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Further develop, setup and execute marketing automation

Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

Optimize UX and improve the conversion rate

To manage the company website in strong cooperation with Randstad Holding

To increase customer engagement by defining, producing and executing a ‘Randstad customer engagement’ strategy across digital channels

To protect the Randstad brand by aligning digital channels in a consistent way

To develop and formalize digital marketing knowledge, procedures and best practices throughout the organization

Contracting and managing third parties, suppliers

To ensure keeping track of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

What do we ask of you?

Experienced business partner. Proven ability to challenge, build consensus, and work effectively within a cross-departmental team; ability to translate business objectives into digital initiatives

Experience in producing, deploying, monitoring and optimizing digital campaigns against quality and financial targets. Preferably within an e-commerce (e. g. retail) environment

Experience with strategy development and optimization of web assets

Experience with producing and managing email marketing campaigns, marketing automation, CRM and data structuring/ acquisition.

Strong analytical skills

Pro-active and results-oriented attitude, comfortable with budget responsibility

Passion and drive to work in the ambiguous and volatile digital marketing environment

Generate impact based on expertise, market knowledge and willingness to serve internal customers

Communicative team-player
