The Team:The Clinicals team works on a broad range of product components and workflows used by doctors and clinicians, including order management, prescriptions, lab and imaging results, clinician documentation, integration with other entities through the healthcare ecoystem, and much more.

Job Responsibilities

You will ideally have experience with indirect management (management of managers) as well as teams working in an agile model. An ability to work successfully with architects, product managers and executive stakeholders is key.

You will identify the projects for the teams, work with cross functional Architects, VPs, Tech Leads, Product Managers, and UX Designers for continuous, long-term product improvements.

You’ll mentor and coach new and experienced managers, help define and optimize practices and be accountable for successful staffing and training.

Typical Qualifications

About 10+ years of leading teams in a technical environment

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, advanced CS degree a plus

Previous experience working in an Agile preferred

Experience in distributed systems and cloud-based architecture; and technologies like: Univ/Linux, Big Data, SQL, NOSQL, Object-oriented programing, relational database technologies, RESTful APIs, WebUI (HTML 5) and Modern JS frameworks, development languages such as C#, C++, Perl, Java, Python, and JavaScript.
