Coles Liquor team work across three leading brands (First Choice, Liquorland and Vintage Cellars), each with their own unique offering and customer base. We understand what our customers need and enjoy—and we work side-by-side with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Strategy to deliver it.
About The Role
We currently have an opportunity for an eCommerce Coordinator to join the Coles Liquor Group eCommerce team.
Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you will support the wider team by driving high value, minor improvements and bug fixes across all online sites and applications relating to content, customer experience, site/app performance, product / price / promotion, and digital marketing. On a day-to-day basis you’ll manage technical incidents impacting online trade and customer experience.
monitor and measuring user experiences onsite, and identify key areas for improvement
drive conversion through optimising site merchandising and UX
support the Liquor online trade, digital marketing and CRM/Loyalty teams with their strategy to drive online sales, quality traffic, customer engagement and conversion
deliver insights from data to feed back into operations to improve performance
act as the point of contact supporting key business stakeholders with any queries and initiatives relating to our websites and apps.
drive innovation and best practice implementation through ongoing research and testing
About you and your skills
We are looking for an experienced eCommerce professional with superior marketing skills and strong commercial acumen.
You’ll also need
experience delivering strategies that have met profitability targets and key customer metrics
a commercial mindset and ability to think laterally
a thorough understanding of established digital marketing practices, channel optimisation and the most effective customer acquisition and retention activities for online retail
strong analytical / communications skills with the ability to autonomously direct agencies and other vendors
excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and information clearly to different levels of stakeholders
