The Ecommerce Customer Care Coordinator will process all incoming LAGOS.com servicing requests that include repairs, alterations, and cleanings. They will work closely with customers via phone (30%) and email (70%). They will ensure timely and accurate processing of jobs by working closely with our workshop. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years relevant experience in customer care preferably within the jewelry industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess incoming jewelry to determine services needed
Create manufacturing orders for services
Prepare necessary paperwork as needed for shipment and invoicing
Communicate with customers an assessment of their request
Manage payments via Shopify
Assist customers via phone, email and chat according to business needs
Utilize Fourth Shift, RMA, UPS, Shopify, Zendesk, Narvar
2-3 years relevant industry experience in a customer facing role
High School Diploma required
Data entry skills, MRP/ERP
Jewelry & retail knowledge a plus
Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel experience required
Ability to meet deadlines in a team structure
Detail oriented/Organizational Skills/Multi-Tasking
Excellent communication and data entry skills
Flexibility to work weekends during Q4 peak season
Pronged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Prolonged periods of standing with brief periods of bending, sitting, and light lifting
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs
Must be able to follow all workplace safety protocols including wearing a face mask for periods of time as required while in the corporate office.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: CUSTOMER CARE
Jewelry Manufacturing work environment with limited secure access and confined spaces at times. Saturday hours and rotating holidays as needed during peak season.*Schedule and hours subject to change as demand changes.
