This is an exciting opportunity to be part the TAFE NSW Skills team at the Nepean Campus. This role will be on a Full Time Fixed Term Contract until the 30th of June 2021.

The Education Support Administrator is responsible for supporting a Head Teacher and their delivery team with all administrative activities essential to the effective delivery of teaching and learning on a day-to-day basis.

Reporting to the Head Teacher, in this position you will:
Provide administrative support for the management of daily teaching

Work closely with the Skills Team to ensure the smooth running of the day to day teaching and learning operations

Support the Head Teacher in maintaining accuracy of educational data, utilising multiple technologies and systems

Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage incidents that affect the delivery team and co-ordinate responses to information requests

If you have….

Experience working in an administrative role within a large and complex organisation

Intermediate experience with MS Suite, Sharepoint and SAP would be beneficial

Great organisational skills and can prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

The ability to work proficiently across different technologies

The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
