Here’s what you can expect as a Product Manager at DaVita:

The Product Manager will be a part of an exciting new program implementing a suite of healthcare IT products that will be core to the DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) business.This role will be focused on product design for the Electronic Health Record (EHR), Practice Management, and Billing systems. This requires close interaction with development, design, end users, and business stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Deliver value to users and internal teammates through our core healthcare IT products

Set and transform high-level visions into jobs to be done and detailed requirements

Interact with business users to gather and document requirements, model current/future processes and organizational changes

Serve as a business liaison on technical issues related to product integration, development and requirements

Plan and maintain a prioritized product backlog while working closely with product team

Identify new product opportunities through user and industry research

Work closely with our vendor and internal development teams to ensure the right solution is built

Contribute to product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases

Partner with teams on product education materials and change management

Minimum Qualifications

1-2 years experience in a product management role

BA/BS degree in a technology related field, business administration or equivalent experience.

Healthcare IT experience highly preferred (especially with Cerner solutions)
