West Ireland Cycling – we arrange cycling holidays and bike & equipment hire for tourists visiting Ireland. Our guests typically come to Ireland to complete a 7 to
10 day cycling tour. The cycling tour usually takes place along the Wild Atlantic
Way, with guests staying in different towns and villages each night. We provide bikes & equipment, book accommodation, transfer luggage and support them during their holiday to ensure they have a great experience here in Ireland.

Group sizes vary from 2 people to 20 people arriving between April and October.
The cycling holidays are booked online via email throughout the year with the main booking season in Spring. The normal working days include at least 1 day over the weekend during the summer season.

Role
Full time – start as soon as possible.

Overview
The right candidate would have a passion for helping people explore the west of
Ireland by bike in addition to ensuring guests have an enjoyable and hassle free experience in Ireland. Prior sales experience in the tourism industry and first-hand knowledge of Connemara and the Burren is desirable.

Skills
● Organized with strong attention to detail – capable of managing multiple sales enquiries simultaneously
● High proficiency in email and phone communication
● Customer satisfaction – needs to be warm and welcoming & able to make sure guests feel like they are well taken care of

• Capable of using MS Word and Excel

Deliverables
● Sales, taking bookings from customers & answering questions from customers via email and phone. Recording the tour sales on our system.
● Booking the tour accommodation and transfers
● Answering all pretour questions from guests (training provided)
● Preparing guest tour packs and paperwork
● Managing any issues while the guest is on tour (training will be provided)
● Manage bookings from overseas travel agents

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
