In your new role you will:
Develop ESD and Latch-up concepts as well as design ESD devices and circuits, rules and guidelines

Coordinate and execute product reviews and thus drive optimization in close collaboration with product teams

Be responsible for the characterization, testing and investigation of products and test structures in our labs

Contribute to development projects using your understanding of ESD, Latch-Up and semiconductor technology to solve product related challenges

Interact with several stakeholders such as product development, characterization, field application and concept teams

Be engaged in fostering innovation, patents and representing Infineon in international workshops and committees

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A degree in Physics , Electronics , Electrical Engineering or a similar domain, preferable a PhD

Proven professional experience in semiconductor physics or analog design

Experience in ESD or Latch-up is a plus

Good analytical skills and the ability to solve technical challenges while keeping the big picture in mind, project management skills would be desirable

Initiative and team spirit as well as a sense for sustainable relationships and different cultures

Fluent English communication skills and at least the willingness to learn German
