Hours: 35 Hours per Week
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 12 Months
Salary: £24,300 per annum plus £750 per annum Home Working Allowance

As a TACT Enquiry Officer you will be the first point of contact with people wishing to embark on the exciting and emotional journey to becoming a TACT Foster Carer.
Applicants for the Enquiry Officer role will be:
highly skilled communicators, able to empathise, fact find and provide clarity to all their contacts
able to manage their time , keep accurate and consistent records and complete timely follow up actions
excellent at providing customer service experiences in line with polices, values and ethos
capable of working independently according to procedures, with a view to maximising communication within the team and overall impact
aware of data protection, security and safeguarding procedures
based in the Glasgow or Edinburgh area
willing to work flexibly including one late start / late finish per week and occasional weekends
