An opportunity has arisen to join a sucessful Workforce Team in the role of ESR & OLM Administrator. The postholder will support the Workforce Team in the day to day maintenance and administration of HR IT systems, such as ESR and OLM.

A strong background in IT is essential, as the primary focus of the role is to conduct data cleansing exercises, ensuring the continued accuracy of HR data, abstracting pertinent data for analytical and reporting purposes and as part of the helpdesk function, supporting users in the resetting of passwords and accounts to optimise use of the system.
