About the role

The role will support on organising a range of events including open days, conference, graduation, bespoke events including receptions, and VIP visits. This involves arranging the venue, communicating to attendees, budget, staffing and on the day delivery. We will be looking to hold interviews for this role on 12th December 2022.

About you

We are looking for individuals to join our team who have experience of providing administrative support and know how to deliver great customer service. You’ll have great organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to communicate with a variety of people from different backgrounds. You don’t have to have worked in a full time events role, but we’d like the candidate to have experience of organising or supporting events in a professional or voluntary capacity.
