Due to an exciting period of change, we are seeking exceptionally talented, career-minded Executive Assistants who are confident in their ability to support a very busy Executive Director, in either Governance Risk & Planning; Regulatory Policy Initiatives & Advice; or Regulatory Practice & Environmental Solutions.
Working in true partnership with your Executive Director and the broader team, this role will require you to act as a skilled professional as you take control of all executive support and administrative duties.
We are looking for experienced Executive Assistants who will have a demonstrated understanding of the workings of an Executive Office in a complex and fast paced working environment.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of providing high level executive, secretarial and administrative support services across a range of complex issues. You will also have experience in supporting the development and implementation of projects and programs, and the preparation of correspondence, presentation and reports. You will display initiative, a mindset of continuous improvement and the ability to adapt processes to increase productivity and outcomes.
