A vacancy as “Executive Reward Officer” is opening within Airbus SAS Toulouse

In this context, Airbus Reward function defines policies and provides analysis as well as expert support so that the strategy is consistently applied throughout the Group. Within this organization, the Executive Reward team manages contracts and compensation processes of Airbus Executives (Band III and above) division- and world-wide.
In the team of the Head of Executive Reward, the Executive Reward Officer manages day-to-day activity within the team and supports the full range of Reward topics: contract administration, adhoc and annual compensation processes as well as adhoc projects.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
Support & advise Ho HRs & SHRBPs on contractual matters for Executives, including myPULSE actions (external hire, promotion, internal moves, divisional moves, international moves), and compensation package proposals
Issue where not possible in myPULSE relevant contracts or side letters and support their implementation; manage and follow-up of personal files
Support annual transnational compensation campaigns for Airbus Commercial (worldwide) and group consolidation, moving from excel management to more and more myPULSE management
Manage and provide accurate data for reporting, analysis’ & operational processes (ex. Headcount, LTIP vesting), but also continuously improve data and process quality
Interface with Head of HRs, HRBPs, Payroll, Company car administration, International mobility, pension and benefits departments and occasionally Executive employees
Support and actively participate in adhoc projects aiming at continuous improvement and digitalisation
Knowledge and Skills Required
You have excellent Google suite skills (Doc, Sheet, Slides)
You have already used SAP and Workday as internal HR Information system and worked with them on day-to-day basis
You speak fluent and have excellent writing skills in English and French; French native speaker is an advantage
You have excellent communication skills
You are well organized and are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and manage time effectively
You are proactive, capable of working on own projects and you like to work in a transnational/transdivisional team
Education and Experience Required:
Master degree in Human Resources or business school with proven experience in human resources.
