Our Nestlé Research and Development Center in Konolfingen (Bern), Switzerland, develops for Nestlé worldwide, new products, processes and packaging concepts in the areas of Milk and Nutrition. In addition, it also provides technical assistance and engineering support for major Capital Investment Projects to our factories. A day in the life of an experienced Process/Project Engineer

• Develop process liquid engineering solutions from New Product Idea/Concept to commissioning
• Develop innovative food processing methods; propose / define engineering standard solutions
• Provide support for effective project execution for Investment projects in Factories and the PTC
• Manage project and jobs; participate to project teams as required
• Build / disseminate knowledge / expertise incl. participation in workshops & training sessions, such as training for Engineers / Technologists
• Participate in activities of the Group
• Member of the Site engineering team
• Assist process development in equipment selection, process design and feasibility / concept studies for industrialization of new processes in liquid area What will make you successful
• Preferably process engineer or equivalent university degree (Mechanical, Bio Chemical.)
• Experience in process engineering of more than 5 years
• Experience in managing small groups
• Emerging leadership skills
• Safety awareness / behavioral based safe
• Project management skills: planning and organization
• Strong problem solving skills
• Technical know-how in his field
