We are currently looking to recruit a permanent Floor Captain (Facilities Assistant) on a full-time basis. This is an opportunity to work for Anabas at an award-winning client site with a landmark building close to the Blackfriars area of Central London.

Hosting a range of clientele from high profile advertising organisations that expect a high level of customer service and dedication from our team. Your objective will be to assist the clients with anything that they might need and to be the go-to person for issues when they arise.

You will be seen as an initial point of contact by the client so it is important to be ready for anything. By nature of the dynamic environment, there will inevitably be a number of activities that will be undertaken outside of this job description that the individual will be expected to deliver to the agreed service level.

The role of the Floor Captain is pivotal to our service provision within the office. An ambassador of all services within the building with excellent interpersonal skills, great organisation and an ability to be proactive without direction. The Floor Captains are masters of all facets of the FM provision.

Some of the main duties of this role include:
Conducting regular floor walks and audits.

Compliance with all SLAs and KPIs

All faults, issues or concerns are addressed, reported and resolved in a timely and effective manner

Assist with any client ad hoc duties where required

Set up meeting rooms as per client instruction, ensuring all rooms are fit for purpose and all requirements organised and delivered on time

Communicating with client promptly and accurately

Distribute and collect mail and courier items to designated locations

Ensure all records are kept up to date and available for inspection at any time.

Be the first point of contact for minor maintenance issues to resolve these issues if possible (e.g. changing fuses)

Support and promote the values of Anabas and the client

Perform other duties as assigned by your manager/supervisor

It is essential that the ideal candidate will have experience working in a Corporate or Facilities environment.

This is a full-time permanent position to work from Monday to Friday, available anytime from 7.00am to 7.00pm (40 hours per week) Flexibility to work anytime across shift is required.

We are offering an annual salary of up to £27,500 with a holiday entitlement of 33 days a year which includes bank holidays.
