We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Support Coordinator to join our Melbourne Real EstateTeam in the new year. This position proactively supports day-to-day operations of facilities services and activities within the office to ensure that each touchpoint across the client journey is engaging, efficient, and effective. Our clients will include, external Jacobs clients, guests and visitors, as well as Jacobs employees and staff. This role, which is office based, is responsible for the overall client experience and the elements that influence it, including the physical workplace, technology and policies that shape the company culture.

It consists of a variety of activities in support of daily operations and may include but is not limited to client experience, reception, mailroom, general facility operations or maintenance as well as supporting broader global and local strategic objectives, initiatives, and priorities.

This role proactively looks for innovation and provides ideas on how to improve the facilities services, activities and client experience across the office and contributes to fostering a welcoming and inclusive experience and culture of belonging that is globally connected.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
You’ll possess previous experience in a similar property or facilities related role. You will be confident working front of house and can demonstrate strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. You will be solutions focused with a positive “can do” attitude.
