As a Facilities / Servicepoint Assistant you will offer a wide range of services around operations and office facilities management to internal and external customers. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute towards the smooth running of all Servicepoint related operations at ABB Headquarters.
Management of a Servicepoint includes the following main responsibilities:
Supporting employees and visitors with required technical equipment used in conference rooms.
Providing assistance with room bookings and visitor announcements.
Ensuring kitchen facilities and conference rooms are appropriately maintained.
Overseeing various building facilities and related activities (conference rooms, quiet rooms, shared printing stations, kitchens, drinking water dispensers, catering equipment etc.).
Ordering and coordinating catering and beverage services with external suppliers.
Assisting and processing of courier service inquiries, e.g. from DHL.
Occasionally required to work at main building reception.
Supporting Executive Assistants with specific tasks.
Providing and maintaining a small selection of stationary for employees.
Being a member of the evacuation- and first aid team.

Completed training in the service/hospitality sector.
Approx. 5 years professional experience in the hospitality or airline industry.
High flair for technology, experience with video conferencing and technical devices in conference rooms.
Native language German, excellent command of English speaking and writing.
Highest levels of customer service orientation, professionalism and reliability.
Self-initiative and solution driven personality.
