WSI PBG, LLC, is currently recruiting for Federal Account Manager positions. These are remote positions that could be based out of one the following areas: Philadelphia, PA, New York City, NY, and Boston, MA. Will consider other North East cities and North East States based upon experience and ability to travel. The WSI business model is to offer highly experienced and accomplished sales teams to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostic, and medical supply industries to promote their products within the Federal Government and Hospital Markets (Primarily Veterans Administration and Department of Defense). The Federal Account Manager will be responsible for the development, management, and implementation of sales strategies within the Federal Government Markets on behalf of client companies represented by WSI PBG, LLC. The primary objective of the field based sales specialist will be to implement strategies to increase sales and market share for the client company (s) products represented by WSI. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with respect to performance measures assigned by existing client companies. Candidates for consideration must have strong teamwork capabilities, interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate activities with client management and field-based teams. Candidates must have the ability to promote products to a wide range of specialty providers to increase sales and utilization. Candidates will be required to access and understand the complexities of the Federal Government markets including the VA/ DoD, as well as possess the ability to work effectively within these systems as it relates to their specific policies and procedures. Candidates will be required to develop and maintain relationships, ranging from target account administrators, pharmacy staff, P&T representatives, contracting officers, and policy makers, in addition to all appropriate medical staff. Candidatesmust have the ability to implement customized business plans for each target account specific to the client company and their products serviced. Candidate are required to build long-term relationships, to understand customers needs, and to project a positive WSI PBG, LLC image as the premier outsourcing partner dedicated to this market niche. This is the primary objective of WSI PBG, LLC. Successful candidates must have a minimum of a BA/BS, 5 years of successful field sales, hospital sales, managed-care, marketing or sales management experience, and have familiarity working with Government Accounts. Exclusive experience in Federal Government Healthcare Sales is highly preferred. Prior military experience is beneficial. Candidates must live in proximity to target accounts and should be willing to travel, at a minimum, 50-60% of their working time.
