Field Manager – 12 Weeks Fixed Term Contract Job at Hermes in Newmarket

Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit Field Managers to work on a 12 weeks fixed term contract and to start immediately. There is a possibility that this could lead to a permanent position, although this is something that we are unfortunately unable to guarantee at this moment in time.

About the role:
As an agile member of the team and working out of a number of sub depots, you will work alongside other members of the Field Team and support primarily in the induction of new couriers in to the business. This will include onboarding and coaching.

Requirements:
Previous experience of working as a Courier would be advantageous, but this is not essential

A good geographical knowledge of the local area

An understanding that a role of this type is not your average 9-5 and will involve working on a weekend on a rotation basis
