Our Great Opportunity:
Ericsson Australia is growing! As a result, we are now looking for Field Services Trainee. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for working within a dynamic and versatile team while learning both on the job and via formal training in Certification 3 Telecommunications and local industry training as Telecommunications Rigger. This position is offered for a 2-year contract. At the end of paid traineeship a successful applicant will be considered for full time employment.

Responsibilities (Under Supervision):
Corrective and Preventive Maintenance Execution

Site Facility Maintenance, Fault Finding, Restoration.

Service Activation/Deactivation – On-site

Spare part handling (This includes various equipments; RF base station equipment, power equipment etc.)

Work at heights (up to 60m)

Key Qualifications:
Minimum Year 12 certificate, TAFE and other certificates in Electronics/IT are advantageous

Willingness to complete self-paced learning

Ability to travel statewide

Drivers licence required

Working at heights of up to 60 meters

Ability to work successfully in a team environment

Excellent communication skills to collaborate closely with 3rd parties!

Delivering results and meeting time frames

Handle / follow Instructions & Procedures

Applying Expertise & Technology as learned both on the job and from formal training.

Applicant must pass State and National Police Checks
