Position Purpose:
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Job Duties:Banking:
Monitor positive pay

Prepare and complete all deposits

Establish and maintain a budget

Calculate and prepare statement of rolling cash flows, updated monthly

Complete customer billing and cash receipt processing for locations and maintain all backup documentation

Assure timely collection of monies due to corporation

Proper recording and application of cash, management of outstanding invoices, and direct interfacing with customers on collection matters and dispute resolution

Post all cash receipts, price differences, and charge backs to customer accounts timely and accurately

Journal Entries including maintenance of recurring journal entries and allocations

Balance Sheet account reconciliations

Research and analyze financial statements monthly and identify variances compared to prior periods, years, and budgeted amounts

Review general ledger postings for accurate financial transactions

Preparation of work papers and journal entries supporting month end closing processes

Review all bank reconciliations

Review draft statements before finalization

Assist with month end financial reporting

Develop and maintain reports via the accounting software

Quarterly financial reporting

Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations

Ensure compliance with local CMH reporting requirements
