Position Title: Finance Director

Payroll/Personnel Type: 12 Month

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

Position Summary:

This position will supervise all budget and grant personnel and related responsibilities. Acts as senior advisor to the District leadership on budget, grants and reporting matters and ensures compliance to all statutory and regulatory provisions, completes grant reporting to outside agencies and serves as lead contact for the yearly Single Audit process.

Reports to: Manager, Budget and Grants

Position Summary:

The Lead Financial Analyst performs assigned complex and in-depth financial, budgetary, statistical and other management analyses in support of the District’s activities, functions, and programs; serves as a lead in the development, implementation and control of the District’s budget; assists in the long range financial planning process and the annual development; prepares monthly financial reports for Budget Managers; reviews and reconciles assigned budget locations/grants and reviews financial processes to recommend improvements; and performs related duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

The Finance Analyst performs assigned financial, budgetary, statistical and other analyses in support of the District’s activities, functions, and programs; assists in the development, implementation and compliance of the District’s budget; supports the day-to-day operations of the Budget and Grants Office; provides a variety of professional support duties and assists school and department staff with any budgetary needs. Reviews and reconciles assigned budget locations/grants; and performs related duties as assigned.

Payroll/Personnel Type: 12 Month

Reports to: Finance Director

Position Summary:

This position will direct, coordinate, and supervise of the business and financial activities of the Budget Office. This position will analyze budget vs. expenditures and coordinate related financial reporting and training.

Position Title: Grants Manager

Payroll/Personnel Type: 12 Month

Reports to: Finance Director

Position Summary:

This position will assist with the direction, coordination, and supervision of the business and financial activities of the Grants Management Office. This position will also support audit preparation and the compliance of grant regulations, analyze budget vs. expenditures, and ensure all proper internal controls are being satisfied to support grant funded programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $126,000.00 per year
