REV’s rapid growth both organically and through acquisition along with its IPO in January of 2017 have created a need for the newly created role of FP&A Director to help the organization to make good decisions and drive results.

Duties andresponsibilities:

Owns the processes for creating the Long-Range Plan (LRP) financial plans.

Owns the processes for creating the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) financial plans.

Owns the financial models supporting both the LRP and AOP.

Owns the financial analysis supporting the allocation of capital to the businesses.

Owns the evaluation of the opportunities and risks within financial plans and targets.

Owns the interim financial forecast and related process and tools.

Owns the creation of financial plans to support scenario planning.

Owns the weekly cash forecast and related process and tools working closely with Treasury.

Owns variance analysis and related process and tools.

Owns the analysis of Enterprise/Segment/Division/BU profitability and related models.

Owns the performance management benchmarking analysis, reporting and related tools.

Owns the models, tools, templates, and assumptions for financial plans, forecasts and other decision support analyses.

Assists with the finalization of the LRP financial plan and preparation of Executive and Board level presentations.

Assists with the finalization of the AOP financial plan and preparation of Executive and Board level presentations.

Assists with ad-hoc analyses related to make vs buy, operations footprint analysis, investment and return on investment.

Assists with trouble shooting and other financial performance related matters.

Supports the company-wide continuous improvement of accounting, reporting and analysis processes.

Supports other company-wide matters such as: financial diligence, integration, data governance, software implementations, etc.
