We do this by providing older adults the ability to easily review, choose, and access affordable quality in-home helpers.
The Helper Bee’s mission is to help people stay home longer through data-driven services that transform both the payer and the care-recipient experience.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be working with seniors and their caregivers to ensure proper use of our digital services in the long-term care insurance process.
What you’ll do:

Manage and offer assistance to assigned accounts. This is a phone-heavy position with many clients calling in for assistance.
Navigate through our systems to locate customer files, review their files, and make determinations based on findings.
Process daily timesheets and insurance claims when needed.
Communicate negative trends to the appropriate manager to address issues quickly.
Help customers navigate through our HelperHive app when needed.

What you’ll need:

Availability to work full time, Monday – Friday, between 8am – 6pm CT
Comfortable working with technology and providing basic technical support for common HelperHive app issues.
Comfortable working with new programs and computer systems
Passion for helping others and problem solving.
Professional phone demeanor.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
