What you’ll do:
Dealing with customer and other UPS facilities queries in a professional and timely manner
Liaising effectively between various UPS Departments
Providing data and releasing shipments for the Hub in a timely manner.
Investigating and reporting to the Hub to assist with query resolution
Ensuring that Hold packages and Non X-ray packages do not go out of the hub
Responsible for any additional task given.
What you’ll need:
We’re a people business, so good communication and team-work skills are vital
This can be a demanding role, so you’ll need to thrive under pressure in an environment full of exciting challenges
You’ll be solid on a PC with swift key entry skills
We’ll need you to have a keen eye for detail
Knowledge of UPS operations and UPS in-house systems would be an advantage. But don’t worry if you don’t have it, as full training will be provided
