Full Time MOD (Evening) – Jerry’s Foods Sanibel

Jerry’s Foods is looking to hire an MOD (Manager on Duty) to supervise operations and staff at its beautiful Sanibel, FL location. This is a full-time position offering full benefits and paid time off.

Days / Hours: Primarily Evening, 40 hours/week, Sunday – Saturday, hours may vary

Rate of Pay: Minimum $17.00 per hour

Qualifications:
Management and leadership experience required

3-5 years retail experience preferred

2 years Grocery experience preferred

Position requires solid communication and leadership skills to include conflict management, feedback delivery, delegation and decision making
