Full Time Shop Assistant – West End

We are opening an exciting fresh food store in Brisbane’s West End (West Village) and keen to start talking to the local community that love their trade and looking to work with one of the leading fresh retailers.

The Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for key retailers who are outgoing, hardworking and ambitious that want to share our vision of reconnecting people to the joys of food! Our goal is to build teams of enthusiastic experts that love working for us and offer our loyal customers something special.

Given this is a new location for us we are considering people to work in areas including;

• Fruit and vegetables
• Groceries
• Bakery
• Front End Supervisors
• Flowers
• Perishables/ Fridge
• Meat
• Register areas
• Back of house – Store-people/forklift
• Concierge/Cleaner
• Entry & exits/Trolley Collection

We will also be hiring Managers in our new store

Responsibilities

Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards

Promoting and advertising the establishment’s goods and services

Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions

Undertaking budgeting for the establishment

Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff

Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
