is instrumental in ensuring excellence in marketing and commercialization of our pipeline and assets, across all the therapeutic areas.

works in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders to enable impactful solutions which address the needs of patients across healthcare ecosystems.
The GML is accountable overall for the implementation of the strategy defined by the iSQUAD in close collaboration with the iSL – in this role the GML will:
Lead the strategic marketing components required to achieve the desired outcomes in a disease area
Analyze market trends, understanding the customer and patients needs, contributing to plan and develop what is required by working cross-functionally with medical, access and key affiliates
Constantly monitor the portfolio of outcomes driven work packages and deciding which ones to focus on, based on the expertise required, own capacity, opportunity to add value and learn
Champion global brand alignment by advising affiliates on appropriate product positioning, branding and messaging
Ensure, together with medical and access functions, the effective understanding of the global integrated strategy and advise on consistent pull-through from affiliates
Utilize skills and capabilities as part of empowered, self-organized, multi-skilled teams, to ensure timely delivery of impactful work
Maintain high standards of marketing excellence with a focus on continuously learning and contributing to the broader marketing community in line with the needs of the organization.
Ensure a tight collaboration with the US & Pharma international affiliate network, providing guidance and input and acting as catalyst for sharing best practices and learnings across the broader organization.

The following experiences and abilities are critical for the Global Marketing Leaders to highly perform in GPS:
Worked across multiple brands, disease areas and/or markets
Demonstrated experience in working-cross functionally and/or cross affiliates, and influencing without direct authority; experience working on global work packages, iSquad/Community of Practice/Community of Interest projects are preferred
Has a demonstrable track record in strategic brand-building within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to deliver on outcomes with great impact Experience translating science into clear, succinct, and differentiated marketing strategy with impact
Bachelor’s Degree (marketing, business management or life sciences discipline is preferred)
MBA or other relevant Graduate or Postgraduate Degree is preferred
Minimum 8 years in marketing/sales roles; demonstrated marketing capability and leadership
Ability to travel globally; Fluent written and verbal English
