Responsibilities

Oversee the execution of retail operations initiatives ensuring global alignment and local relevance. Drive consistency in store processes to leverage best practices, streamline non-added value tasks and increase store productivity per hour

Support cross functional partners to drive processes and KPI improvement in the stores, contribute to Store efficiency by implementing and monitoring optimal processes and tools and allow field team to focus on generating sales and minimize payroll cost

Lead, test and develop/roll out all new omni capabilities according to Global and DTC local needs

Oversee Retail & Performance analysis per Channel and for all Retail Tests + new OMNI capabilities deployment analysis.

Develop and implement policies and procedures for stores, taken into consideration time and resources optimization and relevance according to local store needs

Constantly look for ways to improve systems and streamline processes in the markets. Identify and try to eliminate non-value-added business activities to improve productivity and profitability

Participate in the preparation of business plans by coordinating part of the process and supporting business partners in planning activities. Effectively organize, prioritize and schedule activities to meet deadlines

Lead the operations of Retail stock takes in line with SOX compliance, providing post-analysis and support. Closely follow-up on negative stocks and raise the information when needed

  • Focus on resolving loss prevention issues in stores

Utilize business and analytical acumen in developing analysis and tools driving efficiency and supporting the Retail Director, as well as the Field teams. Find new ways to reduce the number of tools to drive efficiency.

Act as the Super User of the EPOS systems (Xstore, Raymark,…) in the management of operational issues and the sharing of the required knowledge among the store teams (including Franchisees).

Train and communicate clear analytical and technical data findings to individuals with various levels of understanding and use of the tools

Handle SAP related activities impacting the Retail Ops business

Update the Retail Store Data Base, the MasterSheet for the market and ensure that the information is kept up to date at any time.

Escalate appropriately EPOS, IT or systems issues. Liaise with IT department to ensure that initiatives and enhancements focus on answering store needs and improving business profitability

Follow-up on PCI compliance, handle contact with business partners in the market and in the Regional HQ, provide the needed information, generate reports about the compliance status.

Manage external vendor relationships, including supply, IT and maintenance vendors

Oversee Retail & Performance analyst per Channel and for all Retail Tests : Analysis per channel (O&O ML, O&O FO, FR ML, FO FR, Commissionaire MF & FO, Concessions) Performance at a Revenue, KPI’s and Ebit level. Including analytics deck creation and monitoring (Qualitative and Quantitative) on all actual and future Retail test.

Help the Business on building Business Cases on all OMNI capabilities we would like to deploy (in coordination with Global and F&E) including all Business models we hold in the South (O&O, Commissionaires and franchise)

Project & Test Roll Out Leader (Linked to all New OMNI projects or other OPS projects)

Lead and develop new omni capabilities according to Global and local needs such as ORS, AOS revamp, SFS,etc

Travel Percentage:

Qualifications:
At least 5 years of strong retail operational background and at least 2 years working in a store environment

Excellent understanding of Retail processes&Retail KPIs

Customer focused

Very good knowledge of store P&L’s

Fluent in English

Team player

Strong planning & organization skills

Proactive and problem solver

Able to build strong business relationships

Drive innovation and collaboration within and across multiple geographies and functions

Negotiation skills with external partners and cross-functional teams

Excellent communication skills – requires the ability to articulate a vision and use influencing

Expert in MS office pack
