Your Role:
As Cybersecurity QA Lead you will be primary responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews supporting programs and functions across the GHO and Information Technology organizations. Such reviews are conducted to validate the output of activities and data quality to ensure the requirements are met in accordance with policies and standards. You willperform and manage Cybersecurity Quality Assurance reviews and analysis. Oversee processes to assure existing and new IT systems meet the quality and compliance aspects of the IT/OT Merck Cybersecurity, privacy and risk requirements. Ensure essential quality procedures are followed and maintained. You interpret and apply policies, standards, and procedures with review criteria. You develop and produce Quality Assurance results reporting and metrics and conduct root-cause analysis; recommend solutions to improve process. Perform Business impact analysis, risk assessments and mitigations. Perform assessments in existing and new IT systems to ensure they align with the overall IT/OT Cybersecurity strategy and policies. QA review/oversight for GxP computer systems used in support of GMP activities.

Who You Are:
Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy and similar

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Technology/Cybersecurity/Risk Management

Demonstrated, hands-on, applied knowledge and understanding of applicable GxP or regulatory authority regulations and guidance related to CSV (such as 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, etc.) activities and compliance

Strong understanding of Quality Assurance, Cybersecurity, Data Integrity, Risk Management, process development and compliance within a large corporate environment

Solid cyber security knowledge for industrial environments (e.g. ISA-99, IEC-62443)

Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to establish collaborative relationships with various departments to deliver on quality commitments.

Ability to work autonomously, effectively manage time and deliver results on time.

Strong problem-solving skills.
