Global SABA LMS Administrator (Horizon Group)

The Learning Management System (LMS) SABA Administrator will be a subject matter expert for ongoing administration and application support for the SABA LMS, within the Home Instead Family of Companies. SABA LMS is used in Ireland, The Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand. The position ideally can be remote or hybrid and we are open to locations which will serve our physical offices. There will be occasional travel to our mainly European sites to meet with stakeholders face to face as required.

Specifically, you will provide support for user management, learning management, content management, and overall systems capabilities management.

Key Responsibilities

Look for opportunities to streamline the business processes by modifying and or creating procedural documentation

Partner with Cornerstone to understand the future roadmap for SABA, become part of the community of practice with Cornerstone to assist with driving change

Identify areas where automation can improve administrators’ tasks and save time. Implement these improvements within the LMS tool
Understand how to execute all major LMS day-to-day administrative tasks and provide expertise to other team members, as necessary

Focus on reporting analytics and dashboards to streamline and evolve this function across all countries

Provide ongoing education to the People Team on best practice operating, ensuing they are equipped to utilsie the system

Support the governance within the Global development work and plan to ensure quality learning solution outputs and on-time delivery within the LMS

Manage and respond to network tickets for all countries in relation to SABA

Build knowledge and capability across the group to raise the brand image of SABA – be the face of SABA

Stakeholder Management:

Builds and maintains strong and effective relationships with various team members in each countries People Team and Technology Team
Ensures delivery of excellent customer service to ensure quality services / agreed to KPIs are delivered to the business units.
Builds and maintains relationships by collaborating with business unit and department team members to foster trust, commitment, accountability, and results.
Participates on LMS change management / governance meetings as necessary

Education, Experience & Skills

Fluent in English and a second European language is extremely desirable e.g (German, Dutch, French)

A can do positive attitude with a passion for technology and helping people achieve their business outcomes

Bachelor’s degree preferable but not essesntial
At least 3 years’ experience as an analyst/administrator or consultant of the SABALearning Management System or similar systems such as Workday, Successfactors, SumTotal, etc.
Must have excellent Excel skills to generate reports or customize data imported from SABA and other related integrations
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Self-starter, quick learner requiring minimal direct supervision at times.
Quality oriented with a keen eye towards attention to detail
