GUCCI Supply Chain Customer Service Staff (Temporary) Job at LUXURY GOODS INTERNATIONAL S.A. – in Cadempino, TI
Main mission of this role is to support order management and customer service processes during the transition to a new ERP tool.
The person in charge of this role will have the possibility to follow the transition phase and will acquire experience both in old and new processes related to order management and customer services.
Customer Master data modification and creation.
Product Master data modification and updating in the case of special flow (Make to Order, Samples)
Wholesalers and Direct Customers orders import and creation during the sales campaign
Orders cancellation and monitor of data consistency
Contact with Customers to manage orders requests and to monitor orders status
Monitor of the respect of customers priorities for deliveries
Management of return processes, both direct and not direct customers
Daily collaboration with Commercial Department
Reporting and monitor of the order status and returns status, so to provide a clear vision to the other area of the company
Experience in similar position from 1 to 5 years
Bachelor’s degree in managing engineer, economics, statistics or related fields
Strong analytical abilities
Experience in using Office package: Word, Excel, PPT and Business Intelligence tools to produce report and KPIs
Experience in ERP AS400 (Stealth, Stealth 3000) is a plus
Knowledge of SAP OTC Module is an important skill, but internal training will be organized.
Experience in SAP consulting and in UAT activities is an important requirement
Detail oriented and extreme accuracy
Collaborative skills to work in a project team and to support different levels of activities (form project coordination to operative activities in data migration)
