We’re searching for driven individuals who are curious, innovative, and excited to join a high-performing remote team!
As a Hockey Fan Support Specialist, you will support all aspects of a major digital sports platform focused on hockey. Bring your expertise to deliver exceptional customer service and solutions to fans through chat, SMS, email/web-form, social, voice and self-service. You will be assisting fans with streaming the games, signing into the app, and anything else the fan needs to engage with the sport they love the most.

You are flexible and open to working various schedules (hours of operation are 12pm to last game, 7 days a week. You are scheduled 8 hours a day, 5 days a week within that time frame with Saturdays being mandatory and the majority of your shifts being scheduled 3pm and later).

An understanding of basic computer and home networking terminology (i.e. operating systems, routers, etc.)
Excellent typing skills (at least 30 words per minute)
Experience using a streaming player
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask
Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
Experience in customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
