Position Profile:
Brief Description:
This HR Business Partner will partner directly with executives and other senior leaders in the Technical Operations and Global Quality functions, playing a key role leading change and organizational development strategies to facilitate Jazz’s growth and evolution in becoming an innovative biopharma company. They will drive key change & talent imperatives, advise and coach leaders, facilitate organizational design and drive all the people agenda within the groups they partner. The role may also involve handling complex employee relations issues as well as managing broader projects beyond their direct remit. Last but by no means least, a critical responsibility of this role is to lead our efforts to ensure Jazz is cultivating its mission, values, and priority to be a great place to work.

Essential Functions

Provides strategic HR Business Partner expertise to leaders and teams within Technical Operations and Global Quality in order to maximize organizational performance.

Takes a leadership role in cultivating Jazz’s mission and culture and delivering an optimal and inclusive employee experience which creates a sense of belonging.

Translates business strategy and organizational needs into solutions including workforce planning, organizational design and development, talent management, and change management.

Takes a systemic and insights and data driven approach to shape and influence strategies and solve emerging organizational/talent challenges.

Proactive and credible partner and advisor to senior leaders; brings thought leadership and experience to grow our leaders.

Partners collaboratively with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Rewards and HR Operations to design and deliver HR solutions and define near term and long-term requirements. Translates the HR needs of the business and deploys programs and processes in ways that bring value.

Leads a small team responsible for core people activities employee relations in both Ireland and Italy.

Strong HR fundamentals – executive and manager coaching, change management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR systems/processes

Required/Preferred Education

Substantial experience of diversified HR or transferrable experience

First Degree in a relevant subject required and/or CIPD qualification

People leadership experience required
