Key responsibilities but are not limited to:
Provides a professional, confidential, project coordination and execution to the HRD.
Will act as the HR Lead on all HR Projects, HR Launches and Key HR Milestones. This includes communication, budget for project, resources and managing timelines.
Ongoing measurement on the effectiveness of the service after each key milestone.
Curate content for HR Communication and update distribution lists as required.
Coordinate initiatives Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Week, Breast Cancer Awareness, Wellness Programs).
SAP Shopping Cart & Purchase Order creation/generating and confirmations. Process payment of invoices for Dept. to Accounts Payable including purchase requisitions and payments. • Prepare and review expense reports and support with budget related actions. • Loading and receipting of PO’s, following up on payments (mainly payroll payments) • Loading Vendors to Ariba • Travel and Expense claims to be processed in compliance with finance policy. Monitor HR spend against budget Review expense reports and support HRD with Budget related actions
Planning and preparation of HR conferences and events.
Transformational Project – Lead and execute against mandated & approved projects from HRD with ongoing feedback on progress.
Support the HR Director as required (presentations, reporting, general admin requests)
HR Director diary coordination as required.
Scheduling of all HR Meetings and ensuring Agenda and Minutes are shared.
Manage various platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive and TEAMS.
Prepare and submit monthly and adhoc International and local HR reports as required and within deadlines.
Ad-hoc purchasing of gifts and other HR requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources; Minimum 5 years of work experience in related duties
Skill in managing, examining and re-engineering operations and procedures
Working knowledge of a computerised system including:
Microsoft Office 2007/2010 application (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc);
Advanced level of Microsoft Excel will be preferred
Strong Project management skills
