What you’ll need to do the role

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Administrator to join our team at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR team and managing a variety of HR-related tasks. Your main responsibilities include assisting in managing employee files and maintaining accurate HR records, supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures, providing advice and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, and supporting the HR team and wider teams with ad-hoc projects and tasks

Key Requirements

The key to success in this role is a thorough knowledge of the processes and procedures and excellent, efficient execution of these with a “right first time” mentality. If you possess strong organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, we would love to hear from you.
