We have an immediate opportunity to join our company. We are currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Associate in the Human Resources Department at our Tracy office. This individual will be responsible for assisting team members with credentialing/training efforts for Pacific Medical, Inc. and Top Shelf Manufacturing.
o Assist employees with establishing/maintaining their credentials.

Other Hospital Credentialing Forms/Requests
Receive and track car insurance on field representatives. Require proof of insurance on an annual basis.
o Create and establish a tracking system for designated employees in regards to credentialing requirements and information.
o Keep all information on file current and scan to the appropriate location.
o Request payments for corporate credentialing accounts.
o Follow-up with employees 30 days prior to all credentialing expiration dates.
Responsible for uploading all training and certification documents into Paylocity and save appropriately.
Responsible for tracking all training documents (Sexual Harassment, Workplace Violence, HIPAA, Internal Product Service training, Certifications, Credentialing etc…)
Conduct all employee OIG searches every 6 months on all employees and scan results/track accordingly.
ABC compliance, create and follow the credentialing procedures/process to track all CEU’s/certifications/reconcile payments.
Track/Scan/all Patient Survey’s
Perform other duties as needed.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
1-Year Office/Administrative Experience Required
Must be Detail Oriented
Must Possess Strong Verbal, Written Communication/Customer Service Skill.
